當您瀏覽本網站、建立帳號、購買商品、報名課程或使用本網站提供的服務，即表示您已閱讀並同意本服務條款、隱私權政策、運送規則及退換貨政策。若您不同意相關內容，請停止使用本網站。

一、網站與商品資訊

我們會盡力確保網站上的商品名稱、色彩、規格、價格、庫存及說明正確完整。由於不同螢幕、光線、拍攝環境與顯色設定可能造成差異，商品實際顏色仍以收到的實品為準。

如網站內容出現明顯錯誤、價格異常、系統故障或庫存資料未及更新，我們將主動與您聯繫。若因此無法完成訂單，我們會取消相關商品並退還已收取的款項。

二、帳號與資料

建立會員帳號時，您應提供正確、完整且最新的資料，並妥善保管帳號及密碼。若發現帳號遭未經授權使用，請立即與我們聯繫。

您提供的個人資料將依本網站《隱私權政策》進行蒐集、處理及利用。

三、訂單成立

完成下單後，系統寄出的通知僅表示我們已收到您的訂單。訂單仍須經付款確認、庫存核對及必要的風險審查後方能處理。

如遇商品缺貨、價格或內容明顯錯誤、付款異常、疑似詐欺、配送限制或其他合理且無法完成交易的情況，我們可能與您聯繫修改或取消訂單。若訂單取消，我們將依原付款方式退還已收取的款項。

四、價格與付款

商品價格將以結帳頁面顯示的幣別及金額為準。運費、付款手續費及其他適用費用，將於結帳前顯示。

付款服務可能由第三方金流平台提供，並受該平台的服務條款及隱私權政策約束。Palette Carys 不會直接保存完整的信用卡資料。

五、配送與國際訂單

配送方式、預估時間及運費請參閱本網站《運送規則》。配送時間為預估時間，實際送達日期可能因物流、海關、天候、節慶或其他非本商家可合理控制的因素而有所調整。

國際訂單可能產生進口關稅、增值稅、清關費或其他當地費用。除結帳頁面另有明確說明外，相關費用由收件人依目的地國家或地區規定負擔。購買前請自行確認當地進口與使用規範。

如因地址填寫錯誤、拒收、逾期未領或未完成當地清關而導致商品退回，重新寄送或退回訂單所產生的實際費用，將依個別情況及適用法律處理。

六、退換貨與退款

台灣消費者於通訊交易中所享有的解除權及其他法定權利，依中華民國《消費者保護法》及相關規定辦理。完整申請方式、期限、商品狀態要求及退款流程，請參閱本網站《退換貨政策》。

退回商品前，請先與客服聯繫並提供訂單編號及相關照片。商品如有瑕疵、破損、短缺或寄送錯誤，請於收到後儘速通知我們，以便協助確認及處理。

本條款不限制或排除消費者依適用法律享有的權利。

七、產品使用與安全

產品成分、用途、使用方式及注意事項，依產品瓶身、外包裝或商品頁面的標示為準。請於使用前詳閱相關資訊，並依產品用途及正確方式操作。

凝膠及其他專業美甲產品應避免接觸皮膚、眼睛或未預期部位，並使用合適的設備依說明充分照燈固化。若使用後出現不適、刺激或過敏反應，請立即停止使用，並視情況尋求專業醫療協助。

除商品頁面另有標示外，專業美甲產品僅供外用，並請放置於兒童及寵物無法取得之處。

八、課程與服務

實體或線上課程的日期、內容、費用、改期及取消規則，以各課程頁面或報名時提供的說明為準。完成報名即表示您同意該課程適用的相關規則。

未經 Palette Carys 書面同意，不得錄影、重製、散布、轉售或以其他方式公開課程教材及內容。

九、智慧財產權

本網站所使用的品牌名稱、商標、文字、圖片、影片、產品設計、色卡、課程內容及其他素材，除另有註明外，均屬 Palette Carys 或合法授權人所有。

未經事前書面同意，不得擅自複製、修改、下載、散布、轉售、公開展示或用於商業用途。

十、第三方服務與連結

  1. Website and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, colours, specifications, prices, availability and descriptions are accurate. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens, lighting, photography and display settings.

If the website contains an obvious error, incorrect price, technical issue or outdated stock information, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfil the affected order, the relevant item will be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded.

  1. Accounts and Information

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Please contact us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Personal information is collected, processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Orders

An automated order notification confirms only that we have received your order. Orders remain subject to payment confirmation, stock verification and any necessary risk checks before processing.

If an item is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, delivery restrictions apply, or another reasonable issue prevents us from fulfilling the order, we may contact you to amend or cancel it. If an order is cancelled, payments already received will be refunded through the original payment method.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices and currencies are shown during checkout. Shipping fees, payment charges and other applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Palette Carys does not directly retain complete payment-card information.

  1. Shipping and International Orders

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges or other local fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customers should check the import and product-use requirements of their destination before purchasing.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or failure to complete local customs procedures, any actual return or redelivery costs will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Before returning an item, please contact customer service and provide your order number and relevant photos. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us promptly so that we can review and assist.

Ingredients, intended use, directions and safety precautions are provided on the product container, outer packaging or relevant product page. Please read this information carefully and use each product only as intended.

Gel and other professional nail products should be kept away from the skin, eyes and unintended areas, and must be properly cured with suitable equipment according to the relevant instructions. If irritation, discomfort or an allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek professional medical advice where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, professional nail products are for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

  1. Courses and Services

Dates, content, fees, rescheduling terms and cancellation rules for in-person or online courses are provided on the relevant course page or during registration. By completing a booking, you agree to the rules applicable to that course.

Course materials and content may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold or made publicly available without prior written permission from Palette Carys.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Palette Carys name, trademarks, text, images, videos, product designs, colour charts, course content and other website materials belong to Palette Carys or their respective licensors.
