This Privacy Policy explains how Palette Carys (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Palette Carys Nail Designer Agent through Capafy. The Agent helps nail artists transform inspiration images or written ideas into nail design directions, 10-finger layouts, technique suggestions, and Palette Carys product recommendations.
本隱私權政策說明 Palette Carys（以下稱「我們」）在您透過 Capafy 使用 Palette Carys Nail Designer Agent 時，如何處理相關資訊。本 Agent 主要協助美甲師將靈感圖片或文字想法轉化為美甲設計方向、十指配置、技法建議，以及 Palette Carys 產品搭配建議。
2. Information You May Provide｜您可能提供的資訊
When using the Agent, you may choose to provide inspiration images, nail photographs, written design requests, preferred nail shape and length, style preferences, or other information necessary to generate a design.
Please avoid uploading personal, confidential, or sensitive information that is not necessary for the nail-design service.
使用 Agent 時，您可能會主動提供靈感圖片、美甲照片、文字設計需求、偏好的甲型與長度、風格喜好，以及產生設計所需的其他資訊。
請勿上傳與美甲設計無關的個人、機密或敏感資訊。
3. How We Use Your Information｜我們如何使用您的資訊
Information submitted to the Agent is used to understand your design request, analyse visual inspiration, generate nail-art concepts and layouts, provide technique suggestions, and recommend the closest relevant Palette Carys products, shades, textures, or effects.
Product and shade recommendations are creative references only and do not guarantee an exact visual match.
您提供給 Agent 的內容，將用於理解設計需求、分析視覺靈感、產生美甲概念與十指配置、提供操作技法，以及推薦最接近的 Palette Carys 產品、色號、質地或效果。
產品與色號推薦僅作為創作參考，不代表能完全還原相同視覺效果。
4. Capafy Platform Processing｜Capafy 平台資料處理
The Agent is hosted and accessed through the Capafy platform. Capafy processes real-time Agent interaction data as part of providing the hosted Agent service and separately processes certain platform, security, billing, and execution-log data under its own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Palette Carys does not routinely receive your Capafy account email address, personal profile, or raw Capafy execution logs through the Publisher Console.
本 Agent 透過 Capafy 平台託管與提供服務。Capafy 會為執行 Agent 而處理即時互動資料，並依其自身的隱私權政策與資料處理條款，另外處理平台營運、安全、付款及執行記錄等資料。
Palette Carys 一般不會透過 Publisher Console 取得您的 Capafy 帳戶電子郵件、個人資料或原始執行記錄。
5. Data Retention｜資料保存
Palette Carys does not independently store user-uploaded inspiration images or Agent conversations outside Capafy as part of the current version of this Agent, unless you separately send information to us through customer support or another direct channel.
Capafy may retain execution logs for platform security, audit, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and related purposes according to its own policies. Its current Data Processing Agreement states that execution logs may be retained for 90 days following instance cleanup unless a longer period is legally required.
目前版本的 Agent 中，Palette Carys 不會另外在 Capafy 以外獨立儲存使用者上傳的靈感圖片或 Agent 對話內容；除非您另行透過客服或其他直接管道將資料提供給我們。

6. External AI or Third-Party Services｜外部 AI 或第三方服務
The current version of Palette Carys Nail Designer is not intended to send your submitted content to a separately selected third-party service outside the services required to operate the Agent on Capafy.
If we later connect the Agent to an external AI model, image-generation provider, database, or other third-party service, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Agent disclosure before that processing is introduced.
目前版本的 Palette Carys Nail Designer，除執行 Capafy Agent 所需的服務外，並未設計為將您提交的內容另行傳送至我們自行選擇的第三方服務。
若未來 Agent 串接外部 AI 模型、圖片生成服務、資料庫或其他第三方服務，我們會在啟用相關資料處理前更新本隱私權政策及 Agent 的相關揭露。
7. Your Images and Intellectual Property｜您的圖片與智慧財產權
You should only upload images that you are entitled to use for the purpose of obtaining design inspiration. The Agent is intended to interpret inspiration into a new design direction rather than reproduce third-party nail designs, artwork, logos, or other protected material exactly.
您應僅上傳有權用於設計靈感用途的圖片。本 Agent 的目的為將靈感轉譯成新的設計方向，而非精確複製第三方美甲作品、藝術作品、商標或其他受保護內容。
8. Your Rights and Requests｜您的權利與要求
If you contact Palette Carys directly and provide us with personal information, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by us, subject to applicable law.
Requests concerning Capafy account data, payment information, or Capafy execution logs should be directed to Capafy under its own Privacy Policy.
若您直接聯絡 Palette Carys 並向我們提供個人資料，您可以依適用法律向我們提出查閱、更正或刪除由我們直接持有之資料的要求。
如涉及 Capafy 帳戶資料、付款資訊或 Capafy 執行記錄，則應依 Capafy 自身的隱私權政策向 Capafy 提出相關要求。
9. Changes to This Policy｜政策變更
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Agent’s features, product integrations, or data-processing practices change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page.
